In september 2020, Balamuc was invited by curator Maria Lind, to make a week of predictions for the 2020s, in the style of Norma, but with each of us having a daily drawing. Instead of talking about the present or the past, like we do at Norma, we had the challenge of imagining the next ten years on Maria Lind’s account on instagram. On this project she invited one artist (group)/week to take over the account and create daily content. It started before the COVID19 forced most of us to move online, which was the first of its predictions, so to speak.
Throughout 2022, as in 2020 and 2021, curator Maria Lind invites 52 artists to inhabit this account and make weekly proposals for the 2020s.
